Practice Owner and Qualified Dispensing Optician
Ian, is the Practice owner and Director. He is a qualified dispensing Optician having completed his training at ABDO College Kent. He is also a member of Rubery Village Business Association, and passionate about the support of independent local business. Ian is also the owner of local community enterprise Father's Barn, Rubery. He is married with 2 children.
Emma is co-owner of the practice. Emma primarily deals with suppliers,and practice house keeping, but you will often see her in the practice with our receptionist Sharon. She has worked in customer services for over 20 years, and is trained to advise on dry eye products. She also loves to assist patients with new frame selections!
Miss Amandeep Nandra
Amandeep is one of our regular Optometrists. Qualified for over 7 years, she is also MECS accredited, which means she is qualified as a community Optician to provide optimum management for those local patients presenting with a range of eye conditions, from suspect foreign bodies to flashes, floaters, and a range of dry eye conditions.
Mrs Fiona Little
Fiona is our senior lead Optometrist, with over 25 years experience. She is with us regularly and is a valued member of our team. Fiona also carries out our post cataract surgery assessments.

Sharon is a local lady, having lived in Rubery for over 30 years. She is our front of house Receptionist. Sharon will be your first contact at the practice and she is also trained to offer advice to patients with dry eye.
